§ 1 Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop.

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with SENSE GmbH. The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer; acceptance is made by order confirmation or shipment of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery takes place within the stated delivery time to the address you provide.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Policy).

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
